2024/25 Business Registration Fees

It will be adjusted from April 1, 2024. The following is an overview of the business registration fees:

Business Registration Certificate Fee:

– Business Registration Fee:

– Annual Certificate: $2,000 before April 1 and $2,200 after April 1.

– Three-Year Certificate: $5,200 fee, unchanged.

Levy:

Annual Certificate: $150 before April 1, $0 waived after April 1.

– Three-Year Certificate: $450 until April 1, unchanged after April 1, still $450.

The fee for the Branch Registration Certificate remains unchanged and is payable according to the latest Business Registration Fee and Levy Schedule of the Inland Revenue Department.
